Podme has established a unique business model that has quickly become popular with podcast listeners. With the collaboration with Nimble Digital, Podme wanted to create conditions for more people to pay attention, test and thus experience the benefits of a platform that offers ad-free and exclusive podcast content. Nimble began working to improve current attribution and data collection. When we had a clear visualisation and could follow up on Podmes KPI:s, we started working with digital marketing with a omni channel approach across the Nordic markets. We also saw the importance of having Marketing Automation and continue to test and optimise all marketing automation flows as well as increase conversion rates by doing A/B tests on the web.
